Do you perform post-accident testing?

Yes, we have the ability to go on-site to your location, or employees can be sent to our clinic in San Bernardino for post accident drug testing.

What’s the advantage of doing the physical examinations at my location?

Your drivers, employees, students, or athletes do not need to travel to an outside clinic. It saves time and money. Also, the Medical Examiners are able to develop key working relationships with your company, terminal, and/or school staff.

Where do you perform the physical exams and specimen collections at my site?

Our examination coordinators work with your company to identify an optimal space at your business, facility, or terminal to perform the examinations and/or specimen collections.

Do you do drug screening?

Yes, we do urine, hair, nail, and blood collection for drug screening, as well as breath alcohol testing.

How long will it take to get set up for on-site exams and testing at my location?

We have performed on-site exams and testing within 24 hours of being contacted (in an emergency situation), however, the typical contract is finalized in 2-4 weeks.

We respect our clients time!   You are never kept waiting or bumped to a later appointment.   We do not see sick or injured patients.   Your physical exam and testing needs are our priority.  All of our exams are monitored by a board certified M.D. (Medical Doctor) and M.R.O. (Medical Review Officer).

Where is your company located?

Corporate Headquarters are located in our flagship clinic at 1894 Commercenter W STE 106, San Bernardino, CA 92408.   However,  we can come on-site to your location for groups of 10 or more exams throughout the Continental US.

What kind of credentials do you have?

All of our examiners are licensed (MDs, NPs, or PAs) and certified through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME)  with proven expertise in DOT, Pre-Employment, Sports, and other medical examinations.

Do you offer electronic records?

Yes, we offer a very complete yet user friendly data base and electronic record system.

Who performs your examinations?

Our medical examiners, all registered with FMCSA, consist of Physicians (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA).

Does your company perform exams for individual drivers?

Yes, from 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday at our clinic at 1894 Commercenter W STE 106, San Bernardino, CA 92408.
